Play It Forward Studios Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality Let’s Go Squatch’N branded merchandise (including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, hats, beanies, and other apparel and accessories sold through playitforwardstudios.com or any affiliated online store, collectively the “Products”).
This Warranty and Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all Products purchased directly from our website. By purchasing Products from us, you agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy supplements our Terms and Conditions and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our Products.
- Coverage: We warrant that each Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
- What is Covered: Defects such as stitching failures, printing defects (e.g., fading, cracking, or peeling of designs), fabric tears not caused by misuse, or zipper/button failures.
- What is NOT Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper washing/drying (e.g., high heat, bleach, dry cleaning), or unauthorized alterations
- Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or animals
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality (e.g., minor thread inconsistencies)
- Products damaged during shipping (handled separately under Section 3)
Remedy: If a Product is defective within the Warranty Period and you notify us within that period, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the Product (if repairable), or
- Replace the Product with the same or a comparable item, or
- Issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees).
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@playitforwardstudios.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
2. Return Policy – Non-Defective Items
We offer a 30-day return window for non-defective Products purchased directly from our website.
- Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery (date shown on tracking).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Personalized/customized items (if any) are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
- Return Process:
- Email support@playitforwardstudios.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item).
- Ship the item back to the address we provide (keep proof of shipping).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refund Amount:
- Full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees).
- If the item is returned damaged or not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange for a different size/color, please return the item and place a new order.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a Product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@playitforwardstudios.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
- We will provide a prepaid return label (or instruct you to keep the damaged item, depending on the case).
- We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees) once the issue is verified.
4. Important Notes
- Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return).
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once tracking shows delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the carrier for claims.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs duties/taxes. Refunds exclude international shipping fees.
- Statutory Rights: This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose). For residents of certain states or countries, you may have additional rights.
