Thank you for shopping with Play It Forward Studios Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at playitforwardstudios.com (the “Website”). This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders for Let’s Go Squatch’N branded merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, beanies, and other apparel/accessories, collectively the “Products”).
This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or time spent in production if your order includes print-on-demand (POD) items (most of our merchandise is made-to-order).
- During peak periods (e.g., holidays, major game updates, or promotions), processing may take up to 5–7 business days. We will communicate any delays via email if significant.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers and print-on-demand fulfillment providers (e.g., Printful, Printify, or similar) to ship directly from production facilities across the United States.
- Standard Shipping (most common):
- Carrier: USPS First-Class Package Service or USPS Priority Mail (depending on size/weight).
- Delivery time (after processing): 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States.
- Expedited Shipping (optional at checkout):
- USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS/FedEx options (where available).
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days (additional cost shown at checkout).
- International Shipping (limited availability):
- Available to select countries (check at checkout).
- Carrier: USPS International or DHL/ePacket.
- Delivery time: 7–21 business days (varies by country; customs delays possible).
- Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. We do not cover these fees.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight/size
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
- Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50+) during promotions—check the Website for current offers.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you return the item (except in cases of our error—see Section 6).
4. Delivery Estimates
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery times do not include processing time.
- Factors that may cause delays include:
- High order volume (holidays, promotions)
- Weather or carrier disruptions
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Customs clearance (international orders)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control (force majeure).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (from us or our fulfillment partner).
- Track your package directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) using the provided number.
- If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of order confirmation, contact support@playitforwardstudios.com.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once tracking shows “delivered”: We consider the order complete. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation. Contact the local carrier or post office for assistance.
- Damaged in transit:
- Inspect your package upon arrival.
- If the Product is damaged, take photos of the packaging and item immediately.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@playitforwardstudios.com.
- We will provide instructions—most often, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund (including original shipping fees).
- Non-delivered packages (tracking stuck or “lost”):
- Contact us if tracking shows no progress after the estimated delivery window.
- We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, insufficient postage, or refusal to accept delivery:
- We will charge you for the cost of reshipping (including any additional fees).
- Refunds may be issued minus original and return shipping costs.
8. International Orders – Additional Notes
- Delivery times are longer due to customs processing.
- We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges.
- Some countries may restrict apparel imports or require specific documentation—check your local regulations.
